The output stage of the power amplifier section is a 3-parallel push-pull with 6 transistors, with a Pc (collector loss) of 130W per element, for a total of 780W.This realizes low load drive that can deliver sufficient power even with low load impedance.MOS FETs are used in the front stage to drive the output stage.The input stage is a cascode type, which, combined with the constant-current load, achieves a wide bandwidth and high linearity.The differential amplifier circuit in the next stage is a complementary circuit composed of a single-chip dual transistor, providing low noise and excellent stability.
