This amp is untested, but judging by the plug it’s not that long since it was used, however there’s a lot of dust and dirt built-up inside. The original owner was clearly an electronics expert, as this came from a massive collection of old equipment. Contains two ECC83 valves, two EL84 valves and one EZ81 as far as I can tell.
