Bowers & Wilkins CM5. Very nice and good condition CM5 sound amazingly transparent and fresh. The tops are tasty and detailed enough, with plenty of air. No veils in sight. The CM5 is a very well-judged, all-round performer that's well suited to its likely role at the end of a budget or mid-price hi-fi system. While some might find its laid back mien a tad frustrating when listening at late-night levels, others will welcome the ability to wind up the volume without causing irritation. Depth of low frequencies, as well as dynamical capabilities, fully corresponds the volume of the speaker systems. Case's resonances are absent at any volume levels. 2 x Bowers Wilkins B&W CM 5 Generic Replacement Tweeter Loudspeakers Coils Foils.Always fit in pairs, that way they will look exactly the same & they will also sound exactly the same.You are buying a pair of generic replacement tweeter coils & foils (as seen on these pictures) to fit the Bowers Wilkins CM-1, CM-3, CM-5, CM-7, CM-9 loudspeakers.They are a very good replacement for your old blown or dented tweeters.Dependant on when exactly your tweeters were made, you may have to extend the fine joining wires (just solder then where they end) instead of on the connecting posts.Again dependant on when exactly your tweeters were made, these will either slot straight into place or you will find they are about 1.5mm wider that the slot for them.If they are slightly wider, then all you need to do is to put a very thin edge of superglue around the edge of your plastic tweeter surround (use the tip of a cotton bud) & then place the tweeter coil - foil in place using the magnet part of your complete unit to line it up while the glue sets.BEFORE you first open the tweeter up make sure that you mark the position of both parts of the tweeter, they slot together in a certain place & marking them before opening them will save you loads of time & agro later on.You will need the following tools to fit these.A philips screwdriver (small - medium head)A flathead screwdriver (small - medium head)A soldering iron & solder.Some superglug & a cotton bud.These replacement tweeter coils & foils can be used with many bowers & wilkins loudspeakers.You will need a steady hand, a fair degree of common sence (like do not glue into place until you have made sure it fits together correctly) & a few minutes spare time when fitting these.REMEMBER, THEY ARE VERY DELICATE, NO RETURNS ON ANY COILS - FOILS THAT YOU DAMAGE WHILST FITTING THEM.RETURNS ON BRAND NEW NOT FITTED COILS - FOILS ONLY.If you are not still not sure about fitting these, in the first instance have a look on youtube, you will be able to find videos on there showing what to do.If you still have issues, then send an email through ebay messaging to us, we will attempt to get back to you within 24hrs (we are NOT sat on the computer 24/7)FREE UK SHIPPING ON THIS ITEM.All items are sent by signed for & recorded delivery.

The listing is for a pair of matching grilles. I can sell 1 piece too for half of the listed price plus postage. The grilles came as a supplied accessory with my brand new B&W 703 S2 White speakers. I put them on once and decided to use without grilles so the grilles are brand new without any signs of dust on them because they were out of their bag only for 5 minutes of their life. These are magnetic grilles. They just snap on the speaker.

The listing is for a pair of matching genuine B&W stands. Please note they are in quite poor condition. They have many scuffs and also missing pretty much all the screws. The remaining screws are rusted and seized. I’m not 100% sure, but I think they were removed from DM7 MKII speakers, or from DM2 MKII speakers. Anyways the distance between the screw holes centres is 12cm. Please measure your speaker’s holes at the bottoms. The stands are 19.5cm tall. I’m sure you can use them with any speakers if you happy to drill the holes in the bottoms of your speakers. The stands are designed to hold some heavy speakers steady. Please inspect the photos. Please ask if you want to see anything in details. I will try to make more close-up photos upon request. They will be packed with extra care for safe delivery ti anywhere in the world. Fabulous B&W CM7 Floorstanding Audiophile Speakers. Only selling my much loved CM7s as I’ve upgraded - they are brilliant and have given me hours of pleasure. Sound is amazing. These 150w speakers are in used condition and all wear and tear is cosmetic, they are perfect in terms of performance. In terms of wear I’ve pictured these but in the spirit of transparency this includes the tweeters dented (easy to replace and only impacts looks, not sound). Minor scratches on body as in photos - unnoticeable in normal use/display - they are still beautiful. Original instruction manual included. I’d prefer collection due to their size/weight (HxWxD: 910x200x280mm / 20kg) but am willing to post have the boxes from my new speakers for transport. I’ve priced with a courier service Parcel Force or UPS so that’s what is quoted here. Let me know if you have any questions - I’m in Wandsworth, London.
