All tested tubes are at least GOOD on my Superior Instrument tube tester (most 7, 8 or 9 pin tubes) or meet the minimum strength on my U-Test-Em drug store tester (most other tubes). Fresh from an estate is this pair of Amperex Eico ECC83/12AX7 tubes made in Holland. These tubes have good graphics and printing with some lines through parts of the printing. They have ring getters, and the date codes are I63/B513, and I63 B514 which dates them at 1965. They tested at 47/43, and 57/48 with 32 being the minimum allowable on my TV7 tube tester.  We test all our tubes on a calibrated TV-7U or Sencore tube testers. Some large transmitting tubes are tested on custom built testers or actual amplifiers. Some audio output tubes are tested with a match maker and I list the IP (plate) current as well as the mutual conductance. All my used tubes have been well tested (sometimes twice).
