Very sensitive (loud) tweeters, also sound crispy and detailed. Multimeter shows 5.5 Ohms spot on (on both tweeters). They will be well wrapped separately, then boxed.

Offered for your consideration is a vintage Infinity #902-4130 ¾ inch (19mm) Polyspherite dome tweeter, removed from my RS4001 speakers, manufactured c.1989. This tweeter was also used in the RS2001, RS3001, and likely some other Infinity models from this period. This Infinity Polyspherite tweeter is in clean, excellent condition. It has a perfect dome and the faceplate has no scratches or cracks. Plus, the magnet structure is free of chips or oxidation. And, the +/- input terminals are marked for polarity (red = positive) and have never been soldered on the spades. Overall, this tweeter looks practically new! Most importantly, it sounds terrific—strong, clear, and very sparkly with its impressive 22kHz upper limit. Plus, as rated to 125W in the RS4001, it’s a sturdy design as well. And, I tested its DC resistance at 5.6-5.7?, consistent with a 6 ohm nominal driver rating. Lastly, the faceplate measures 3 11/16” diameter, it stands 1” tall, and the three mounting holes are 2?” apart, c-t-c. This is a nice find for someone that has a blown or damaged tweeter in their RS4001 or other suitable model. And, long out of production, it would make a smart spare to have on hand for possible future needs.
