Unusually complete with original remote, certificate of authenticity and instruction manual, this is a truly classic bit of kit which needs no introduction. I am only letting it go due to having switched to streaming and its far too good to be sitting around doing nothing! I am aware that these often go north of £200 when the remote and certificate are present, and there are two reasons my asking price is quite a bit lower: In the time that I have had the player, there has been the odd occasion it has failed to a read a disc on the first attempt. This has always been remedied by switching it off and on again once - there is no disc Ive fed it that it has failed to read on the second attempt. I do not have the original box. I would prefer that the buyer collects as this provides the opportunity to give the player the once over (and have a listen if desired) before completing, but I can post with relevant insurance cover if necessary. This is the drawer from a Marantz CD63 CD player. It was salvaged from a CD player that had a defective laser. The drawer is in great condition and could be useful to anyone with a scratched drawer. It does have some very slight marks, but these are barely visible and are not scratches.
