Marantz SR 5002 7.1 Channel 630 Watt Receiver. Good condition, everything works. Had it in our home entertainment system. Downsized and dont need it anymore.

This receiver looks like it has not been used. But It has been out of the box so I will call it used. I hooked up a couple of old speakers and tested several functions. As testing this I found in the Manual that the remote control is a UNIVERSAL REMOTE the factory sent with this unit. I had trouble with this remote getting it to operate this receiver. So then I had to read the 50 page Manual on operating the remote. It did help and I was able to get many functions to operate. But still had some trouble. Im just not very good with operating this type of equipment.. This is a > HIGHLY SOPHISTICATED MUTI FUNTION COMPUTERIZED RECEIVER. < It is not a simple PLUG N PLAY system. It has the operators MANUAL and its 50 pages long. This is suited for folks who love advanced type stereo Surround sound equipment and knows how to operate and set up this type of equipment. Because of the study needed and installing it with it being a little SOPHISTICATED it is sold as is as pictured. this sale is Just for the receiver shipped in the original factory box.AS IS.
