Silver finished partington ANSA 1000 speaker stands. Rarely available on eBay. Some signs of age but generally in good sound condition. I used these for several years in my home cinema to support my rear surround speakers. I will send at cost but would prefer cash on collection as they are heavy. Partington Dreadnought Ultima - Speaker Stands. Commonly referenced as some of the best stands ever. They are pre-filled with Partingtons proprietary damping Compound. The top and base plates are also filled with it as can be seen in the pictures and this makes them completely inert. Some marks: 1 scratch and a small patch of historic rust both of which can be seen in the photos along with numerous minor surface scratches all of which polish out with normal use. There are other marks but they dont really show in the photos. There are also some spike marks on the top plate and stains from bluetack etc. Height; 610mm, Top Plate; 205mmx235mm *Local collection only as they are awkwardly shaped and very heavy, likely in excess of 30kg each as an educated guess, as I have no way of measuring this.*

For sale a pair of no longer in production Partington Super Dreadnought speakers in black. Ive used these for years with my bookshelf speakers and theyre superb. They got great reviews when they were sold new, years ago. Theyve been well looked after and are in really good condition... Theres nothing major going on at all. The top surfaces are well marked, but this is obviously covered when speakers are in situ. There is some cosmetic marking elsewhere, but it would probably polish out with a bit of T-Cut or something. The marks on the bottom plates are basically from the old plastic hoover nozzle, so that says how much on the surface they are. Thats not rust on the spikes/spike threads you can see in the pics, its the residue of old copper grease. Yep, Im the kind of guy who would put a bit of copper grease on speaker stand spike threads... Like I said, well looked after :) I played around with sand (kiln dried) in the columns for extra damping and settled on outer tubes full and centre column 1/3 full, but this will obviously be dictated by what kind of speakers you have. Theres a very noticable difference between empty and full columns, so its a great option to have. The columns are all empty for shipping. The caps for the larger, centre columns are a bit loose - they always have been. I used to put a small square of muslin over them before installing them which made them fit snug and keep the sand in. The six topper spikes for possible use between the speakers and stands are included, but are not attached to the stands at the moment. The top plates measure roughly 17cm x 14.5cm, so theyre not huge... I always found the old small bits of Blu-Tac best as it made the speakers a bit more secure. Partington Super Dreadnaught Speaker Stands. 60cm tall and around 63 tall on the spikes. I’m not sure who designed these but they are built to survive a nuclear war. Absolutely rock solid and as sturdy as they come. They look like they have been filled with sand and are very heavy. Condition is very good. No chips or marks to the paint. Some scuffs on the top plates but this is covered when your speakers are on them. Some light age related marks here and there but nothing of any note. I will take some more detailed pictures in better light and add them to the listing. They come with the original spikes and some third party spike shoes. Collection from Nottingham. Postage isn’t an option as they are so heavy, although you are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect them.

Current list price is £250.They are in very good condition with some marks on the top plates (see photos). Each stand weighs 7kg, hence the high postage charge. Neat Motive 3’s (Immaculate) on Partingron super dreadnought stands ( a perfect match!) I have original packaging for the speakers, but not for the stands. Speakers and stands are all perfect, I have the jumper connectors. Collect only from Swansea as I have not got packaging for the stands and they are heavy.

Partington Speaker Stands. Great stands that were being used with a set of Monitor Audio RS1. Unsure of which Partington model they are but I believe these are called Ansa. Condition wise they have quite a few marks and scratches but still look great. They have had a small hole drilled into the base of each stand to allow speaker cable to be dropped through. The holes are on the rear and aren’t visible in normal use. These can be seen in the photos displaying the base of the units. One of the screws was lost so has been replaced with a different one which again can be seen in the photos and would only be noticed if the stand was turned upside down. Top plate size is 18cm x 12cm I have been as honest as possible as I would want the same if I was purchasing an item. Collection from SW17 in London or I may be able to deliver if close by.
