What if the item(s) received are faulty or damaged? Firstly, contact Customer Service using the details above, they will give you a returns number to return the item and will send a courier service to pick up the package (only within 14 days of receiving the item). We accept PayPal for all items and orders. We also accept other payment methods on items over 20 (Visa / MasterCard and credit card payments) and for payments over 100, we accept a personal cheque. Please note that a cheque transfer may take up to 10 days to process, however. On items under 10, an immediate payment is required. How quickly will the payment go through? In the event that you wish to cancel your order after we agreed for you to pay a deposit (i.e. you have reserved an order but not paid the full amount for the order), your deposit is not refundable. This is mainly to cover abnormal costs incurred by us, like (but not limited to) custom products, design work taken place, cancellation of 3rd party contracts (e.g. installers), storage costs, etc. In the event that our incurred costs are lower than the deposit taken, we may choose (at our discretion) to offer you a partial refund of your deposit. What is the warranty period on ElectroMarket products? All of our products come with a 1 year warranty from the day of receiving the item. The warranty covers manufacturer faults and does not cover misuse of the item, for example a blown out speaker. Some manufacturers offer a direct extended warranty.
