This unit has been tested and is working. It records CDs well. Please understand that this is a consumer level cd recorder and will only use CDs that are labeled as music cd. It must say music on it or it is a data cd and will not work with any consumer cd recorder. It includes the power cable and RCA cable but no remote or accessories included.
