Realistic Mach One vintage stereo speakers 4024a Model – Same as the 4024, except made from 1978-81. Came with a 5-year warranty.Big old school heavy speakers. 72cm high 44cm wide 30cm deep + 20 kilos each.Scruffy, but working fine. Heavy cabinets with nice teak? veneer. The veneer has scuffs & scratches, & one looks like someones had a go at putting some varnish over the top??? Otherwise great quality, Made in Japan.Collection only, from Dalston, East London. In the age of full-spectrum stereo speaker boxes, the “15 inch” woofer brought lots of low end while two horns (mid & high range) brought a clean upper end. Two large dials allowed for adjustment of the mid & high range volume +/- 6 decibels. The speakers sounded best with a high-powered amp running at mid or higher volume. All speakers are balanced to sound best at a given volume (for example, studio monitors vs. concert stacks) and these sound right when turned up. They sound okay at lower volumes, but are really nothing special when heard quietly. I could not get the AUX slider to control volume for the AUX input. Not sure if Im using properly and could not find an owners manual online. If needed for microphone or instrument amplification only its a nice sounding amplifier. Selling as is with no returns accepted. Vintage Realistic Powerhorn 4 Waterproof Speaker 5w 40-1244A Radio Shack. This item was from a storage container auction, so I know little about it. The speaker looks pretty much perfect, wires have clearly been worked on. Biz a bit squished, but I think it looks excellent.
