It is in good condition with only one small chip to the rear corner as seen in the pic I have plugged it in and it turns on, the amber light shows there is power. Lovely condition with full set of valves. All original and untested.Cosmetic: Really excellent condition, clean and rust-free and about as good as they get. The power amp is near-mint. The pre-amp/control unit has the usual tarnish on the face plate, and the three plastic switched to the bottom left on the front have broken off – the actual switch function is still fine, and this seems to be a common problem with these plastic switches. Rogers Cadet III FM Tuner. Lights up when power is applied and works fine on all 3 stations, in mono. Stereo the lamp works but doesnt illuminate, may just be that the channels arent in stereo i dont know. Cosmetically in excellent condition.

Rogers Cadet II Valve Amplifier - All Original - Unrestored. Hidden away for decades. Was enclosed in a small home made wooden box which has preserved these units. Fabulous little valve Pre Power Amplifier with valves and schematics of both units. All original, untouched, will need a health check - service by a qualified engineer. There’s no burn outs on any of the transformers and all components look unchanged. Comes with valves and original papers. ECC807 Kept as a spare for my Rogers amp but never used and now selling the amp. Tested and works as a pre amp valve in my Rogers, but no idea how many hours of use its had in the past

Rogers HG88 Mk3 Valve Tube Amplifier With (faded) gold phono adaptor - MM Aesthetics: fairly good! A slight ding in the metal fascia near the Tape switch. See picture. Wooden sleeve is very presentable, the mesh grille on top is slightly wavy. Tiny chip in the wood laminate at the rear, so mainly out of sight. Original on/off toggle switch present and working. Light bulb working. Please note there is one missing 4BA bolt and washer which holds the amp inside the sleeve, two still remain. Amp is currently working but due to the nature of vintage valve hi-fi equipment Im selling the amp as working but in need of service/check over by a qualified engineer. The amp will be very well packaged, but a tiny solder joint for example could get dislodged in transit, which is why I insist on the above statement must be adhered to. Collection and/or demonstration is welcome in the NW10 area of London. I will ship using DHL tracked unless the buyer has a different preference All valves present and working. No modifications to speaker taps, etc. Has had some capacitors replaced in its lifetime along with Im sure other components. Rogers Cadet 111 vintage valve amplifier, was working 45 years ago until it developed a mains hum, it could have just been my leads but I obtained an alternative amplifier and stuck this one in the loft and forgot about it until recently. In good cosmetic condition, full set of valves mainly Mullards and Brima. Power output: 10 watts per channel into 8 (stereo). Frequency response: 20Hz to 20kHz. Total harmonic distortion: 0.8% Unable to test so sold as spares or repair. Please note that there is bubble wrap inside the amplifier to preotect the valves should they come loose during transit and it would be advisable to remove it before attempting to power up the amplifier. Fantastic cadet III amplifier In good working condition please see video.Some of the electrolytic capacitors have Been done and the big cans have been changed as you can seeFrom the photos the new caps are underneath with the big ones disconnected the only reason these were left was at some point I was going to stuff the originals.The case as some scratches and chips to the Formica finish but this shows it’s life.As with most hifi from the 60s,70s I cannot guarantee that a month or two down the road one of the valves will go Etc but iv owned this for about 4 years and used it most weeks .Reluctant sale but we’re moving and down sizing.Any questions or more photos Etc please message.Thank you
