Der SONY SCD-777ES ist seit 2010 in meinem Besitz und macht leider Probleme beim Abspielen von CDs (es erschien häufig „No Disc“) Daher verbrachte er die meiste Zeit in der OVP Vor etwa 6 Monaten erhielt er einen neuen „SLED-Motor“, in der Hoffnung damit das Problem zu lösen. Inzwischen wurde ich bei einem neuen Dual-Laser (KHS 180A noch eingeschweißt und mit der ESD-Sicherung) fündig. Dieser wurde verbaut und muss nur das „Overall Adjustment“ für CD & SL-SACD durchgeführt werden. Der Player befindet sich in sehr gutem Zustand, 2 kleinen Kratzer sind vorhanden, aber kaum zu sehen. Die OVP ist vorhanden, die inneren Styropor-Einlagen lösen sich allerdings allmählich auf. Ein neuen Ersatz Laser gebe ich noch dazu Bevorzugt persönliche Abholung mit Test vor Ort.

Sonys flagship SACD/CD, 2-channel player, at 55 lbs., the SCD-777ES is only three pounds lighter than the SCD-1. Both are essentially the same sharing the same chassis and identical parts with the exception ofbalanced outs, encapsulation of the transformer and different feet for the SCD-1.Built like a tank, and sounds fantastic. I am the second owner purchasing this unit in early 2000s. This unit is fully functioning and mint, cant find any scratches or blemishes, comes with original remote and box/packing material.Pick up only.

Up for auction is my Sony SCD-XA777ES SACD player serial number 800750 manufactured in August 2001. I would rate its condition as functionally 10/10 and cosmetically 9/10. I am downsizing my headphone listening station and although it is functionally perfect I have very little need for it now.
