I received item second hand and was told it was working. I cannot test the functions myself. I plugged in the unit and it shows signs of operation with the indicator light and my power station shows watts of power draw. The unit enclosure metal has some rust on one outer side only. I opened unit and took pictures. There is no internal damage at all and no contamination. Buyer has no risk. I will ship with free returns.
