The stylus is in used condition, but youre obviously buying this mainly for the Stanton cartridge. Replacement needles of many types can be easily found; basically every stylus for the Stanton 680 and 681 cartridges, and for the Pickering XV15, should fit. This will be well-packed.  I have cleaned the speed control switches thoroughly -- push them gently.  I had thought it was some sort of capacitance sensing switch but it's just plastic and has very small movement to change speeds.  I lubricated it while I had it open to check for any bad caps (saw none and left the electronics alone). This cartridge has not been tested but is in very good physical condition. Nothing is bent or broken and the stylus tip looks just fine. It comes with the plastic brackets and screws to mount it.
