Zugrundezulegen ist dabei das Rechnungsdatum. Die Garantie endet nach Ablauf eines ununterbrochenen Zeitraums von 3 Jahren. Davon abgesehen endet die Garantiezeit mit (Teil-)Rückzahlung des Verkaufspreises. Erbrachte Garantieleistungen führen nicht zur Verlängerung der Garantiezeit. 3. Garantiefall Um Leistungen aus der Garantie in Anspruch zu nehmen, bedarf es der Vorlage der Originalrechnung. Die defekte Ware ist zu übergeben oder zu übermitteln an die Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH. Sofern das Gerät postalisch übermittelt wird, ist die Originalverpackung zu verwenden – die Kosten für den Rückversand werden von der Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH getragen, sofern der Kunde seinen Wohnsitz in Deutschland hat. Die Rücksendung der Produkte muss mit uns abgestimmt werden. Wir werden entweder eine Rückholung veranlassen oder einen Rücksendeaufkleber zusenden (nur in Deutschland). Die Kosten der Rücksendung außerhalb Deutschlands sind vom Kunden zu tragen. Die Garantieleistung wird nur gegenüber Kunden erbracht, die gem. § 13 BGB Verbraucher sind. 4. Garantieausschluss Ausgenommen von dieser Garantie sind Schäden, die infolge unsachgemäßen Gebrauchs, fehlerhafter Bedienung der Ware, äußerer Einwirkungen, wie Transportschäden, oder durch Reparaturen und Abänderungen, die nicht von Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH oder einem autorisierten Dritten vorgenommen wurden, entstanden sind.
