It is new, but has been opened, but not used - it was purchased in 2020 and has been sat in a cupboard since then. It is all complete in its original box exactly as purchased, with all packing etc. Naturally, it still has its screen protection film. The outer box is in excellent condition as can be seen in the pictures. The speakers are incredibly well made and still look the part. The unit worked perfectly last time it was used and put into storage. Has always been stored in a dry environment.
