It comes from the large collections of an elderly local man with a lifetime’s enthusiasm for radios and other sound-related classic equipment and now finally needs a new home, hopefully to be used at last after a lifetime in storage. The speaker is in a Goodmans box (not the correct label) with inner packaging and shows no signs of poor storage, damp or decay. There is no paint damage, blemishes, tarnish or corrosion and the cones are perfect. There may be a little dust but no heavy soiling. The label is bright and clear. The speaker is ready for installation and use, offers considered to find it a good home. Entwickelt vom deutschen Chefentwickler Wolfgang Seikritt ( Braun, Heco, Canton, Axiom ) Die Axiom AX 110 war damals Testsieger ( Vor der Canton Quinto 540 - Audio 8/83 ) *** Wer sich die Boxen anhören will, kann dies gerne machen. Ein Kaufvertrag kommt nur bei der Option Versand sofort zustande. Wer die Boxen ersteigert hat, kann im Falle des persönlichen Abholens vom Kaufvertrag zurücktreten, wenn er bei Vorführung mit dem Klang nicht zufrieden ist. Insofern kauft man dann nicht die Katze im Sack. *** Revidierungen: 1. Neue Folienkondensatoren 2. Folierung 3. Einbau von Verstrebungen 4. Einbau neuer Anschlüsse ***Austausch aller Elkos + MKTs: Für die Zweifler: Es wurde lediglich die Bauteilqualität verändert ( verbessert ), die Bauteilwerte entsprechen den Originalvorgaben. Es wurde also nicht die Abstimmung verändert. Alle Elektrolytkondensatoren ( Elkos ) + MKT Folienkondensatoren wurden durch hochwertige MKP Folienkondensatoren ersetzt. Anm.:Da nun ausschliesslich Folienkondensatoren verwendet wurden, ist ein Tausch in Zukunft nicht mehr erforderlich. Alle Foliencaps sind spannungsfest. ( Wickelstabilität, minimale Mikrofonieanfälligkeit. Verfärbungen + Verzerrungen sind oft das Ergebnis von Mikrofonieeffekten.) Alle Kapazitätswerte befinden sich im 1 - 3 % Toleranzbereich. Üblich sind 5-10%. ***Folierung: Wegen einiger oberflächlicher Kratzer habe ich die Boxen rundum mit schwarzer Carbonfolie, Alu gebürstet, foliert.( Kein Dezifix ! ) Das Verkleben der recht dünnen Folie ohne sicht-/ und fühlbare Riefen ist nur möglich bei Gehäusen mit oberflächlichen Kratzern.Die hier angebotenen Boxen hatten nur minimale, oberflächliche Gebrauchsspuren.Aufgrund der eingearbeiteten Luftkanäle war ein blasenfreies Verkleben möglich. Es gibt keine Dellen oder Knubbel. Die Folie sieht klasse aus. ***Einbau von Verstrebungen: Ich habe jeweils links und rechts, mittig zum Hoch-/ und Mitteltöner, mehrfachverleimte Latten zwischen Vorder-/ und Rückwand eingebracht. ( Nur geklemmt, nicht verschraubt + verklebt )Mit diesem einfachen Eingriff wurden die Gehäuseschwingungen minimiert + das Klangbild deutlich klarer. *** Einbau neuer Anschlüsse: Die unpraktischen Klemmanschlüsse habe ich von innen abgeklemmt + neue massive Polklemmen verbaut.Nun sind Bananenstecker ( Bananas ), nach Losdrehen auch Gabelschuhe ( Spades ) oder lose Kabelenden verwendbar. *** Funktionstest: In der Frequenzweiche wurden alle Spulen und Widerstände, die Chassis im abgeklemmten Zustand, auf Durchgang geprüft.Volle Funktion. ***Hörtest: Die Boxen hören sich jetzt wieder sehr gut an mit druckvollem Bass. Alle Chassis spielen einwandfrei. Ich weiß, dass der Verkauf von modifizierten Boxen, natürlich auch von anderen Artikeln, Vertrauenssache ist. Daher werde ich Boxen nur in den Versand geben, die ich zuvor getestet habe. Es gibt keine defekten Bauteile, keine kalten Lötstellen, etc.Anm.: Ein Mitteltöner hat aussenliegende Anschlussdrähte. Auch sind die Abstände der Befestigungsschrauben unterschiedlich im Vergleich zum anderen Mitteltöner.
