Die RÜcksendung der Produkte muss mit uns abgestimmt werden. Wir werden entweder eine RÜckholung veranlassen oder einen RÜcksendeaufkleber zusenden (nur in Deutschland). Die Kosten der RÜcksendung außerhalb Deutschlands sind vom Kunden zu tragen. Die Garantieleistung wird nur gegenÜber Kunden erbracht, die gem. § 13 BGB Verbraucher sind. 4.
