Shipping We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days of payment. Small parcels are usually sent by Royal Mail 48 or 24 and large parcels are sent by Parcelforce 48 or 24. Please note, that any parcels exceeding £50 in value will be sent by either Parcelforce or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items will be sent fully tracked and you will receive a text message or email once dispatched which allows you to change the delivery date to a more convenient time or to arrange delivery to a local Post Office if required. Parcels may require a signature on delivery. Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas. International Postage: Regrettably, we can no longer offer a non-tracked service to International locations as too many parcels have become lost recently. Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed For: For letters and small parcels up to 2kg and up to a value of £250. Items will be sent securely and require a signature on delivery.
