Aufgrund des neuen Gewährleistungsrechts auf EU-Basis weise ich darauf hin, dass ich meine Ware als Privatperson veräußere und in dieser Eigenschaft keine Gewährleistung übernehmen kann. Das neue EU-Recht sieht eine einjährige Gewährleistung/Garantie bei Gebrauchtwaren vor. Mit der Abgabe eines Gebotes erklärt sich der Käufer ausdrücklich damit einverstanden, auf die nach neuem EU-Recht gesetzlich zustehende Garantie bei Gebrauchtwaren zu verzichten .
