Bose Wave AWRC-1G Radio/CD Player Compact Shelf Stereo w/ Remote CD NOT WORKING Radio portion of this stereo works great, but there are mechanical issues present with the CD player. It appears that the motor responsible for spinning the disc before it is read by the player has stopped functioning, and will no longer play CDs like it should. I was able to get the player to read a CD a handful of times, but it is apparent that some sort of lubrication or cleaning will need to be done before this stereo is up and running like it should. Exterior casing is in good used condition, showing only some signs of age-related wear along the plastic. All buttons along the top of the CD deck are in good working order, are are responsive to their appropriate function labeled. Comes with the original remote control, but has not been formally tested with the stereo, being that the battery in it is dead.
