Im August 2023 wurden sämtliche Schalter und Klangregler des Vorverstärkers SU-C01 mit Kontaktspray überholt, sodass – zumindest bei meinen eigenen Funktionstests – alles einwandfrei funktionierte. Das Kassettendeck wird ausdrücklich aus defekt deklariert. Nach dem Einschalten leuchtet zwar das Display, das Deck reagiert jedoch nicht mehr auf die verschiedenen Tasten Play, Record, Vor- und Zurückspulen etc. Weiterhin liefert einer der beiden Kanäle kein Signal, sondern lediglich ein lautes Brummen.
