I cant lie- the cosmetic condition of this Rare Geneva VHS cleaner model PF740 has seen better days (see photos for full condition-appears the door/cover melted with a cord wrapped on it). However, it plugs in (adapter included) and runs. I have not tested with batteries, but the battery compartment is clean. The door hinge has cracked and the door cover does not latch in (you can hear part of the plastic from the door lock rattle inside). Untested on a VHS as mine are all packed up, but it does plug in, power on, and run! *Adapter included! (Does NOT include cleaning solution, replacement cleaners, or batteries.) Only tested with batteries, this unit is in working order! There is a minor crack in protective cover but this unit was rarely used. The adapter input should work if you have the necessary adapter.
