Cosmetically they are a 9.5 out of 10 with very minimal wear. The cones are mint with no damage. Enhance your vintage audio experience with the Coral 12TX-1 Triaxial 12” 16 Ohm speakers. These only had one good grille cover so I decided to parts them out. The drivers are in other auctions. This auction is for the Coral BX-1000 cabinets with grille covers and cossovers - no drivers. If you just want the crossovers or the grille covers I can do that as well. Or if you just want the cabinets. Shipping cost will be actual for any of the separate pieces. Only one grille cover is good. The other has a big hole in the lattice front - see pics. The Coral BX-1000 badges are in another auction. Crossovers are in good shape - tested before drivers removed. Vintage / Original Pair of CORAL Coaxial 8CX-7 - 10w / 16 Ohm - 8 High Fidelity 2-Way SPEAKERS - Made by Fukuyo Sound Co. in Japan - Not Fully Tested. As found recently, I gave them the AA Battery Click Test & they both clicked. Digital Multimeter readings are 13.0 & 12.6 (see pics). Since this was the extent of my testing I am selling them as you see them & not fully tested. Please ask any questions prior to placing a bid and/or auctions close. Visually they appear to be in nice original not-fully-tested condition showing light wear w/ some dust (see pics). Shipping is based on 12 lbs from 17043. I am convinced that these exceptional speakers from legendary and audiophile Japanese brand CORAL need no introduction... They are a real treat for all serious music lovers, connoisseurs and Rare High-End Vintage Audio collectors.
