FULL DESCRIPTION: Item is in Excellent to Like New condition and is complete in its original packaging with all of its original accessories, manuals, etc. This is one of four SuperCubes I am selling, along with two Mythos Fours, six Mythos Fives, and a Mythos Three, all in Like New, Excellent, or Very Good condition. I listed them separately instead of as quantity listings so I could provide individual descriptions and more photos of each unit, so see my other listings if you are looking for a set. While there may be some very minor signs of use (see photos), the item is functionally perfect and cosmetically close to it, similar to an Open Box item in Excellent to Like New condition. Note that while I try to draw attention to imperfections in my photos, they are essentially unnoticeable in regular use. Item was tested and cleaned before being carefully repackaged in its original packaging for safe transport. As a personal seller taking some time off work to catch up on listing and donating items that have accumulated over the years, here’s the good, the bad, and the ugly about what you can expect from me… and what I expect from you (a.k.a. the fine print). Buying Every item listed has been tested, its serial number has been logged, and it has been packaged, weighed, and measured for quick and accurate shipping. Therefore, items will likely ship within hours if not minutes of receiving payment and you will receive your tracking information right away. Additionally, because the actual weight and dimensions are included in the listing, the shipping costs you see are the actual shipping costs I will incur based on your zip code and shipping method. Your feedback is very important to me, so please take a moment to leave positive feedback for me. Once received, I will immediately do the same for you! My goal is to satisfy every buyer, so if you have an issue with an item, please reach out and give me a chance to resolve things before requesting a return or leaving negative feedback. Just please don’t abuse this offer. ;) Returning I trust that my feedback speaks for itself, so try not to let this upfront honesty deter you, but as a personal seller of personal items, please understand that I do not have the deep pockets and workforce of Amazon or other large retailers to absorb the time and costs of a liberal return policy. Therefore, please ask questions and do your homework before buying, don’t expect an easy return with no questions asked, and please assume all sales are final, with the following stipulations: 1) Justifiable Returns: If an item is significantly different than described and you have reached out to me but we can’t resolve the issue together, I will provide you with a return shipping label to send the item back to me. Upon receipt of your return, I will test and inspect the item to confirm its issue aligns with the reason provided for its return AND to ensure it is not a fraudulent return (see #3 below). If everything checks out, you will receive a full refund, including your original shipping costs. If the issue or condition of the item does NOT align with the reason provided for its return, both your original AND return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, as well as any additional amount to be deducted if the condition of the item or its packaging are notably degraded from the condition sold. If you have provided an inaccurate reason for return or attempted a fraudulent return, you will be reported to eBay. 2) Optional Returns: If you’ve simply changed your mind, didn’t do your homework before buying, etc., I may still accept your return as long as you’ve reached out to me first, agreed to pay return shipping costs, accepted that original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, AND guaranteed that the same item in ALL its original packaging will be received back in the same condition as sold. Upon receipt of your return, I will test and inspect the item and its packaging to evaluate their condition AND to ensure it is not a fraudulent return (see #3 below). If everything checks out, you will receive the refund we agreed to before you sent the return. If the condition of any part of the item or its packaging is notably degraded or missing, I will deduct accordingly, and stiffly, because I’m picky about my stuff. If you are uncomfortable with the proposed deduction, I can reship the item back to you, at your expense. I know, ouch! 3) Fraudulent Returns: As someone who has been burned too many times in the past by switcheroos and other creative ventures, my tracking process is now painfully detailed to prevent such attempts. First, know that almost every item I sell has been used by me or my family without incident unless noted in the listing, and yet where possible, every item is still tested before it is packaged and listed. Therefore, the likelihood of a legitimate issue occurring within the return period is minimal. As part of this process, every item is cataloged by recording its serial number, or for items without serial numbers, by placing a subtle identifying mark somewhere discrete within the item and photographing it so I can verify that every item returned is the exact item sold. If a different item is received, no refund will be issued and you will be reported to eBay for collection of return shipping costs and to be flagged in the system to protect future sellers. I know this part was tough, but since I don’t have the margins to make up for all the creative ways buyers find to abuse the system or treat my products and packaging carelessly, I’ve admittedly grown more pedantic over the years. I trust my buyers will understand this since I’ve warned them upfront, and because there’s nothing to worry about if you’re honest and conscientious! Summary In a nutshell, when you buy from me, you can expect to receive items that meet or exceed their description with top-notch service before and after the sale. In exchange for that, I ask for timely payment, good communication, positive feedback, and personable respect for my items and the capacity in which I am selling and supporting them. While I can’t afford to provide easy returns and years of support for every item sold, I CAN make sure that your initial satisfaction is everything it should be, so please buy with confidence!
