Ok.. heres what I know..I bought this along with a few other pieces of audio equipment at an outside flea market.one right off a major hwy ..so no doubt this needs a thorough cleaning .. . when I first plugged it in.. I was getting a scratching or dirty sound .. the sound would go full blast and then nothing.. Id turn it up.. it would crackle -sometimes.. Sometimes nothing.. ( I was using old speakers that I wasnt too concerned about damaging them).. I spayed the volume,bass,treble, and balance knobs with contact cleaner.. then i got very clean and loud volume from left speaker.. and very little volume from the right side (very faint).. I tried speakers A+ B .. separately and together.. and got the same results.. A+B Left channels worked great ( better after more spraying ).. but only very little noise coming from the right channels/Speakers.. .. I have no idea what else to do.. this is beyond my very limited electronic skills .. not sure if right side is blown.. or if I needed to spray more... But I didnt want to take a chance on breaking the left channels... So this needs repair.. left side does work and works great.. very loud.. no static.. the right speaker (A)terminal. . Is lose ... Snapped but does still make contact.not sure what the fix would involve there but, certainly nothing major.. so this is being auctioned for parts being that only left channels work.. it may be a simple fix or more extensive.. once I knew the sound was clean.. I hooked up my Spender 1/2 speakers .. put the 900 in mono and used left channels speaker A+B and sound was very good.. but again thats only left channels.. I have no idea what else to do... So putting it up for auction.. please closely examine photos to know exactly what you will be receiving.. .. good luck
