I collect and sell some Deccas. For sale A fully refurbished vintage DECCA Stereo CARTRIDGE FFSS MKII. Worked was carried by JW (Now retired) This Decca was purchased with the intention to rebuild and use on a Garrard 301 or 401, with its renovated Decca tonearm. Following John Wright recommendation it was rebuilt with a NEW Extended LINE CONTACT ED STYLUS tip instead of the broken Elliptical. However, I never got the Gerrard and I use mainly my 3 ffss C4E. So it was NEVER used and was kept in a sealed bag since it was rebuilt. With its new stylus, it should sound truly unique. As John has now retired, it is also an opportunity for someone to grab a small part of audiophile history. I’ll list the refurbished tonearm separately. Decca Professional tonearm with serviced MK1 FFSS headshell. As seen in pictures the arm is very clean and comes with FFSS MK1 headshell. The RCA socket is replaced and a high quality connector. The arm is smooth in operation and no issues at all.
