HP-41 TOP POST REPLACEMENT 2 PIECES 3D PRINTED PAIRS*Fix your HP-41 series calculator broken top posts with this easily installed piece.*The old original plastic posts are brittle and very susceptible to breaking and cracking. These durable 3D posts are far superior than the original HP design.*Broken or cracked posts can cause an intermittent display, loose casing halves or a totally dead unit.*Fits HP- 41C HP-41CV HP-41CX. BIN contains 2 sets to repair 2 units. Only the 2 3D printed pieces are included. All other items pictured are for demonstration only.*Pix #3 The 3D printer piece fits perfectly inside the power module to have a secure fit inside the calculator. When repairing 41 series calculators, Ive notice the module glued in sometimes, not necessary with this upgrade.*Pix #4 shows back with one broken post. You can cut set in half and replace the one, but its better to replace both at once to avoid a future problem.*Pix #5 both posts need to be ground down with a Dremel or drill and sanded smooth.*Pix #6 The 3D piece has a right and left side. Be sure to install correctly, bigger space on bottom. Apply a high quality plastic adhesive and clamp. I prefer J-B weld Plastic bonder. Very strong and ready to reassemble in 30 minutes. Make sure the excess adhesive is removed around post piece to ensure a nice flat surface for the power module installation.*Pix #7 and #8 The installaton is complete.
