I have for sale two custom made James Loudspeaker C-SPL523-4C Speakers (2). These were bought with the intention of using for part of our theatre room renovation. However, we have changed our minds about using them and have chosen a different an alternative approach. To be honest, they do require the right amp/pre-amp and suitable environment to utilise the extraordinary sound quality these possess. Essentially they need the right home, not ours, and therefore any new purchaser should do their due diligence before buying, as these are sold as fully working, but no refunds whatsoever. The specifications of the speakers can be found through the jamesloudspeaker.com website. If you type in the model number into the search bar, it will bring it up details of these speakers.Are they in the best condition? Unfortunately they do have a few minor marks on them, and one of the grills has a few minor indentations. I have tried to photograph please, but if further photos are required, please do ask. I understand that new grills could be purchased from James Loudspeaker, but I have no idea as to the cost. Originally I had intended to remove these grills or have the speakers hidden behind a material covered wall.Unfortunately, due to the size and weight these are a collection only item. However, I would be prepared to deliver this for an agreed cost to just cover our fuel. Please also be aware that I will not be able to demonstrate please as we no longer have suitable equipment to do so. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the speakers, I will sue pleased to try and remedy this. However, before I purchase these, I was fortunate enough to be able to hear them fully working and as impressive as they are, they are not suitable for our home.To the right home this will make a fantastic theatre room, but that home is not us.
