This unit has a BRAND NEW JVC OEM lamp installed with only 3 hours of run time on it. (I will also include the used lamp that was removed from the unit. The used lamp has 2813 hours of use on it but is still usable as a backup lamp if needed.) The X500 has a brightness of 1300 ANSI Lumens, a resolution of 1920x1080 with 4K pixel shifting (e-shift 3) technology, and a native contrast of 60,000:1 and a dynamic contrast of 600,000:1. JVC projectors are known for their black level performance, and this unit is no exception.
