This is a JVC RC-M70JW boom box. I believe its from 1982. It has a six band tuner, with AM, FM, and SW 1-4. Its has 120/70 Ms tape eq, with automatic search function. There are separate left and right microphone inputs, and even a phono preamp. This is a unit for parts or repair. It powers up, but is not all working correctly. Only the left channel has decent sound, and will play at a loud level, but the right channel being very low in level. This occured when I connected headphones as well. The meters reflect this output. The cassette player has power, but is not working correctly, with it starting to move, but slow down very soon and stop. The controls are scratchy when adjusted. The treble control is not moving into the cut range. The body has a crack on the upper left, and the handle is taped and supported together. Please know I found this piece in this condition, aside from me cleaning it up somewhat. Shipping is via FedEx or UPS. I sell worldwide, shipped via USPS Priority Mail. JVC RC-M70LB HOLY GRAIL GHETTO BLASTER Boom Box. One aerial missing but still has the base part of the aerial attached so easily replaced. Sounding very good and really loud via the radio. Untested with batteries. All function switches working as they should albeit some a little stiff. Will need a bit of switch cleaner. The tape is not playing so would need a repair to the belt. This is prime for restoration and once complete can fetch good money. This model featured in many videos back in the breakdance days by Breakdancers - The Beastie Boys - Blondie
