Stories had it that they sold more of these speakers per week than the original klipschorns. These speakers are amazing. The speaker cabinets are in good condition however there may be some nicks /blemishes (like veneer Peeling) from age and during moves.... see pics. Pair of vintage Speaker Factory K-Horn Speakers (Klipschorn Kit) - Works Great. Click images to enlarge Description Hi, This auction is for a pair of GREAT condition Speaker Factory K-horn speakers. For your consideration is a fantastic pair of Klipsch Klipschorn Vintage Stereo Speakers In Oiled Walnut. These 1967 models have consecutive serial numbers and all original drivers. The original Klipsch crossovers have been replaced with updated Crites crossovers, which was a nice improvement. The tweeter diaphragms have been replaced with new Klipsch factory models along with all new wiring for all the drivers, which looks great and improves connectivity. Sonically, with all these improvements, these Klipschorns sound great and are ready to perform for decades to come. Cosmetically, this pair also excels, with very little in imperfections. Really beautiful furniture-like quality with world class sound and design. Personal delivery is available if you are close enough to Maumelle, AR using a custom, enclosed trailer rigged out just for speaker hauling that can deliver the speakers to you without a scratch.
