Effectively this makes it perfect when it comes to matching it with other units, as you can use it as an integrated amp or a power amp, or a pre-amp! The 8000a shares the same power section as the 8000s but the 8000a has an inferior power supply and cannot separate the pre and power sections without internal modification. Whilst the preamp is still good, its not as good as the one in the 8000s. overall the 8000s is a much better amp and this one is the genuine made in the UK version wonderful sound and quality serviced excellent condition

Nice quality sounding amp. Its a 3 in 1 amp which can be used an an integrated amp which is what i used it as. In this mode you get 60wpc into 8 Ohms. It can also be used as a pre or a power amp. The top cover shows some signs of polishing. Theres also a very small dent on the the top cover at the back right as you look at it. Postage quoted is for UK mainland addresses. Bang Olufsen Beovision 11-40 and Beolab 8000s, 6000ds.. plus Beo 4 remote. All in very good condition. House move forces very reluctant sale. Built up over last few years and very sad to lose. If you are looking at this you know how good a system this is, the sound is fantastic, the picture is so realistic. The TV has attached a high end Panasonic Blu ray player, Apple TV and a Chromecast. I would prefer to sell as a complete item so someone else can enjoy what I have got, but will listen now to realistic offers for individual items.
