Luxman CL-36 Stereo Tube Preamplifier. Tested And Working The only issue I notywasvwiyhbyhevheadphone Jack that plays out of only one channel but when hooked up to speakers both channels are loud clear and balanced Wood Cage has a few knicks. This has original Matsushita and Mullard tubes I have not tested the tubes but the preamp has good sound so I presume they are good but make no assurances This is an old unit and would like all old unit benefit from and update. This is a 100 volt unit. You can get a $30 step down on Amazon. Rare preamp.

This beauty still looks and sounds great almost 50 years later.  Cosmetically, in very nice condition (see pictures) with the wood cabinet and faceplate looking good.  The sound is just the way you would expect it to be for a '70s analog stereo set that was at the top of it's class back in the mid-seventies. There is a slight scratching sound when you first power up which lasts all of 5 seconds then everything sounds great. No work has been done to this preamp. Everything is original. Will be packed and shipped with care. See companion M2000 listed separately.
