The fist-size outboard tweeter module carries the family resemblance. B&W offers the 805 in a vertical or horizontal configuration for maximum placement flexibility. It’s in a good cosmetic condition for its age. Please note it has a faint scratch on the dome as shown on the last two photos. It will be packed carefully for safe travel to anywhere n the world. B&W 805 Matrix speakers in fair condition. I bought these new when they came out and they have not been modified. Tweeter housings have damage (see photo), but drivers are undamaged. Cabinets have minor blemishes, but no major scrapes or gouges. I used them until three years ago, when I moved to a new house- I cant find a good place for them.

Up for auction is a pair of B&W Matrix 803 Series II floor standing speakers. This includes two speakers and two tweeters. Cosmetically they are in great condition as you can see in the photos. One of the tweeters is malfunctioning, audio comes through the tweeter but it sounds thin. Might need to be re-soldered. Other than that these speakers are good to go. The rubber trim ring simply snaps on/off. B&W has long since stopped supporting the older 800 series. These seldom come up for sale, so if you need a replacement, don’t miss out.
