Pair Original Satellite style Speakers dual 1 soft dome tweeters, dual 5 woofers adjustable crossovers midrange and tone missing knobnon each, including (1 knob dial on each removable to adjust both switches), power handeling from 7watts to 400watts, power beyond most modern speakers in its middle range class high dollar in 80s still best value for output and audio range out performing even most high end sound reproduction and use. Larger than most middle sized and were used on stands for front speakers or Satellites. No stands included Pair of B&O stands also listed work nicely. Fairley large to call or use as bookshelve speakers, 21 tall by 8 by 7.5. Local sale prefered due to size and weigh but should be 150 to ship. Ding on back of 1 doesnt show from front and Knicks and wear from age throughout speaker grills dusty but intact. Went nicely with my later model THX M&K s150, S150 front and center. Also listed. No damaged cones or surround formers, awesome power handling and vented poles let these power up and pound for years to come. These sound excellent at low and high levels and a power amp of over 200wps is best but not pertinent. I used for bedroom surround system and like the clean and clear audio reproduction they provide. This listing is for a pair of M&K SS-150THX speakers in white. These are incredibly rare in the white color. If you are looking at this, I dont have to describe them much more as you already know M&K speakers are LEGENDARY. Ive been an audiophile my entire life and I dont want to sell these but due to hard times, Im forced to let them go. My brother is actually in the process of buying a whole surround sound for his basement and I tried VERY hard to sell them on these as I would rather prefer to keep them in the family, but he didnt want to have mixed color speakers. I tried to convince him to buy my Triads that I also have listed and he said no. Too bad as these are as good as it gets when it comes to surround sound when watching a movie. I am the 2nd owner of these and any time I bring home new equipment, i METICULOUSLY clean them. I probably spent a solid hour+ cleaning these. Not that they were filthy, but when I say meticulous, i mean it...Ill use my nail to very carefully scrape away and small smidges of dirt build up over the years. Its not as easy as a quick wipe down, at least for me it isnt. When Im done cleaning them , there is literally no dirt on them, even under a magnifying glass lol. I did notice a little dust in the pics, that was from them sitting in my basement, I missed that when I took the pics. As far as the grilles...I used a damp microfiber towel to gently wipe them and couldnt get that black out. I think its from the grille frame...Ive had speakers before that have some black spray from the factory that easily rubs off, I dont know what it is or why they do it, but Ive seen this from multiple speaker companys. It must be some factory spray they put on the grille frames, very annoying as it can be rubbed off. I only used water...there may be specialty cleaning solutions or an upholstery cleaning place you can have them restored back to new.
