This listing is for one new in box, never opened Wave Music System IV Espresso Black. Please look at the photos, one of them shows the original description label. Since the unit was purchased, I have never gotten the chance to use it, so the box has been sitting in my storage for the last 3 years. I am including a Wave Bluetooth Music adapter that is compatible with this model. This adapter was used in a different radio that I no longer own. The retail price from the BOSE site is U$D 599, I believe that bidding on this one may give a good deal to the auction winner. IMPORTANT: The box has a little crack on the bottom side, it is shown in detail on the photos in the listing. I am not going to open the box to check on the unit because my experience says that this type of damage won’t impact the radio. I will check only if the winner of the bid, after payment has been made, asks me to do it to verify that it works. I can document the process and test and if for some reason it does not work to my satisfaction, I will reimburse the payment. This is not common practice, but my goal is to save time and avoid headaches to the person that bids in good faith. Regarding the Bluetooth adapter, it is used, it worked the last time I used and expect to be in good health, is for some reason it does not work as expected keep in mind that was a give-away. Why am I selling this now? Sometimes we should ask this question to understand what is going on. I am selling this item because I look at the box every time I enter my home office and hate to see it aging there with no good purpose. I always include insurance and use UPS as much as I can since I have not had good experience with USPS or FedEx lately. Shipping with USPS will be done only for small and less expensive items. My handling and shipping times may vary depending on the size of the item and the calendar. I usually ship everything no later than the 2nd business day after payment cleared. About Warranties and Returns: Cannot provide any warranty on any “as is” or “for parts” product. What I can warranty is that the buyer will receive the product that was purchased, properly packed and that it will be shipped promptly. I cannot be held responsible for any carrier mishandling or loss, hence the insurance. The products that have a return accepted legend have a limited return policy, only if the item you received does not match the description or the photos I published in the listing. Sometimes a Product seems that it does not work but there is a learning process involved or something else not related with the item itself. This works for me all the time when I receive something that I believe is not working properly but ends up being a misreading in the user manual, etc. I we cannot get a good resolution for the buyer then I will encourage the buyer to open a case on eBay.
