NO RESERVE AUCTION - Musical Fidelity KW SACD 24-Bit upsampling CD player, $7,000 MSRP! Here is the deal with this CD player. Its a SACD player but the lens that reads SACDs is too weak to read the pertinent details off a SACD discs so it is reading any SACD discs as a red book CD discs (which is why we listed it as a CD player in the main title and not a SACD player). If your collection are largely CDs, then no problem. The problem is a very common one with all SACD players and usually just requires a new lens replacement. The KW player is a very sturdily made player. Big and heavy (44 lbs), it has a unique feature of offering two different outputs via its two pairs of RCA outputs - solid state output or tube output. So you can switch between them to see which one sounds better in your system or which one you prefer. There are two digital outputs too if you want to use this as a transport. Due to its non-reading of SACD TOC (if there are any other issues, we are not aware of it), we are listing this as a NO RESERVE, AS-IS auction with NO RETURNS.
