EXCEPT FOR THE FLUID PUMP WHICH LEAKED AFTER AWHILE SO I REMOVED IT. I USED THE CUBBY HOLE FOR STORAGE OF OTHER CLEANING ACCESSORIES. THE SCREWS ON THE BOTTOM WERE LOOSE AND SMALL SO I REPLACED THEM WITH SOME BETTER SCREWS TO HOLD THE BOTTOM. THE BOTTOM PANEL DOES HAVE SOME STAINING WHERE THE PUMPED LEAKED. THE VAC-SWEEP PAD IS NEW, THESE CAN BE TRICKEY TO INSTALL AND IT IS HARD TO GET IT EXACTLY RIGHT, THEY DONT STICK TO WELL WITH THE PROVIDED TAPE (AT LEAST FOR ME). IF YOU ARE A TINKERER YOU CAN TWEAK THE UNIT TO HOW YOU LIKE IT. I WILL INCLUDE THREE CAPSTAN REPLACEMENTS SO YOU CAN PUT ON A NEW ONE IF YOU WISH, THEY LAST A LONG TIME. INCLUDES THE BOTTOM DRAIN TRAY. THE WOOD IS NICE NO SCRATCHES. I WILL INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL OWNERS MANUAL FROM WHEN I BOUGHT IT.
