Used sg-9 eq.. tested all switches and lights work. The -3db attenuator button is a bit touchy, a fast push and it sometimes doesn’t catch, easy push works fine.. see pics of faceplate, corners show a little wear.. but overall in great shape.. sliders all work well not loose..

Pioneer SG-9500 10 band equalizer in great condition. There is one knick in the top of the face above the right label. It is visible in the pics. There is a spot of missing finish on the rear of the top case, shown in its own picture. Now for the good parts! All sliders and switches have been cleaned and are quiet and smooth. One slider had a broken handle and has been replaced. The power light has been replaced with new. This unit has been completely recapped. ? Pioneer SG-9800 Faceplate – Well Abused This listing is for one used Pioneer SG-9800 faceplate. It might be in better condition than the one you currently have. There are some heavy scratches at the top left, bottom left, under & to the right of the Pioneer logo, & the far right face at about the center. There are also some lighter & very light scratches on the face. The center of left side edge is pretty rough, as is along the upper left edge - above the heavy scratch on the front. I don’t want to through it away. Maybe someone can use it. To replace: · Remove the cover (4 screws), & all of the “slider” caps. (Be careful of the “sliders”, they have plastic fingers that can snap off.) · Move all of the “sliders” to the center position. · Turn the EQ upside-down. Remove the 3 screws on the bottom of the faceplate. · Turn the EQ right side up. Remove the 3 screws on the top of the faceplate. Pull the faceplate straight out from the EQ. Remove all of the push-button caps, pulling straight out. · Reverse the above steps to install the new faceplate. Fantastic condition, Pioneer SG-9500 10 BAND STEREO GRAPHIC EQUALIZER. I recently obtained this from its original owner. I have tested it with a receiver, 2 different turntables, cd player. All sliders seem to work fine, every frequency seems to adjust correctly. Cleaned it up on the inside, just a dusting (not a deep cleaning). Super clean exterior condition, only a couple of small scratches on the backside. Please see detailed pics for condition.

As the title says, I have a very nice Pioneer SG-9500 for sale. All electrolytic capacitors have been replaced with Nichicon audio grade. Everything works and it sounds great. The overall condition is very nice just just a few minor marks. The knobs are all original and correct. The front of the faceplate is very nice and all lettering is intact. The black metal case is also nice, but had candle wax dripped on it at some point. Those spots show up as shiny circles in the photos. They may come off, but I didn’t want to damage the finish. See pics for condition. The one closeup shows a couple of small nicks on the top front edge of the faceplate. There is also a small nick on the top back edge of the faceplate seen in the last photo. You can feel them more than see them and they were quite hard to photograph.  Local pickup is welcome.
