We use either FedEx , UPS or USPS at our discretion to ship the item. We guarantee up to 10 business days from the day you paid until delivery of the package (Saturday and Sunday are not business days). We will keep this guarantee and if needed we will expedite shipping at no additional cost for you. We will email you the tracking number once we ship the package to you. Shipping insurance is included on all purchases. If a claim needs to be filed with the carrier the buyer will be responsible for filing it.
