Sansui P-D10 Vintage Direct Drive Turntable Record Player. Owned from new in the early 1980s. Comes with Audio Technica cartridge. Output is via phono plugs and you will need a pre-amp to allow playback. It is in good physical condition- a few signs of wear but the cover and chassis are intact. The deck works but the electronics controlling the speed of the direct drive motor are temperamental, which can result in erratic playback speed sometimes. This is ideal for someone who has a P-D10 deck with good electronics but wants to have a good chassis, tone arm and cover.

Originally I was unaware that these turntables are supposed to include a very small spring like anti -skating device in a little recessed area next to the tonearm. It is not present. Upon looking at many others on ebay nearly all the other same model turntables I have seen do not have it either. It does seem to play fine without it on the records Ive tested but just pointing out that I think it originally included it...but not 100% sure.The cartridge included is a high quality Shure ME75ED -6. Vintage (mid 80s) Sansui P-D15 direct drive turntable with auto return function. In good working order. No stylus included - requires SN-P313 replacement stylus which can be found on Ebay for approx £15. Also missing 7 spindle adaptor. The turntable lid/shell is scuffed, scratched & cracked, and a broken section has been glued back into place. The front left hand corner of the turntable deck has a very small nick, and the deck has a few marks and scuffs. Apart from that, its in decent condition for its age. Apart from the missing stylus and & 7 spindle adaptor, all other original parts are included and in good condition (cartridge, rubber matt, turntable feet, tone arm retaining clip, lid hinges etc) and the turntable is in perfect working order, including the auto-return function. RCA phono lead connections and ground lead are also in good working condition. Will be carefully packaged boxed with padding for safe delivery. UK postage: £12.00 Free collection from London W9.
