If you are looking for an audiophile grade CD SACD player...This Sony ES player is widely known for its superb CD and SACD performance. If you have a CD collection and you would like to hear more than youve ever heard before, then please try this ES unit. The 999ES is an audiophile grade player better than several other $2-3k units I have tried. And if you have SACD discs in multi channel, this unit has 5.1 audio outputs as well, which sounds better than multi channel through HDMI. This unit is as close to brand new that can be found. I have 3 units and selling this one from our lake house, used very little since I purchased. And yes it has the original remote, which is in pristine condition, including the battery compartment.ES unit, remote, power cord, and manual are all included.
