En plus des fonctionnalités habituelles offertes sur cette classe de machine, le TCM-59V offrait également lauto-reverse (automatique en lecture uniquement, manuel pendant lenregistrement), lenregistrement activé par la voix (VOR), un compteur de bande, un microphone plat intégré au porte cassette, lecture à vitesse variable et haut-parleurs doubles (mono) intégrés à larrière de lappareil. Des détails de conception astucieux ont également été mis en évidence, par exemple, linterrupteur de pause était automatiquement annulé lorsque la touche darrêt était enfoncée et la direction de la bande pouvait être commutée davant en arrière même lorsque le mécanisme était à larrêt, revenant automatiquement à lavant lorsque la porte de la cassette était ouverte. ..Comme les têtes pour les enregistreurs mono à inversion automatique nétaient pas largement produites, le TCM-59V utilisait une tête stéréo avec les deux canaux câblés ensemble en permanence. Leffacement était effectué par deux têtes séparées, une de chaque côté de la tête principale, qui étaient commutées dans et hors du circuit selon la direction denregistrement requise. Le mécanisme était inhabituel en ce que les deux volants dinertie tournaient dans le même sens, la fonction dinversion automatique étant initiée par linversion du moteur. Cela a permis de contrôler électroniquement la fonction dinversion automatique, doù la souplesse de fonctionnement qui était possible. Pour linversion automatique, un capteur optique réfléchissant surveillait la rotation de lune des bobines .Le TCM-59V était un choix populaire en tant que machine à dicter de haute qualité pour un usage professionnel, mais il est également très adapté à lécoute de musique, la seule limitation étant que la reproduction est bien sûr en mono uniquement .

Fonctionne mais ; Points positifs : - Celui ci fonctionne , lecture , avance , recule , pause , enregistreur , capot , compteur. - Les courroies sont NEUVES. - Le compartiment à piles est non oxydé. Points négatifs : - Lorsque le volume dépasse +2 , le haut parleur ce met à (trembler / grésiller) , ainsi que lorsqu’on écoute au casque. Sony WM FX 171 ( con radio funzionante) e Sony TCM 313 ,si accendono tutti e due ma il motorino per le cassette non gira.
