This Walkman was found in my dads office. He bought it new and had not used it for many years. Walkman still powers on and I can hear motor running when you press play, FF and Rew but rollers dont move tape. I believe this is a belt issue that needs replacing. Walkman comes complete with Blue snap on carrying case as well as original headphones which have been tested and work well. Black felt ear pads are in good shape. There is some slight corrosion on battery tray terminals but it doesnt prevent unit from working. Also the back of metal walkman case does show a dent as pictured! Walkman will ship fully insured with signature required!

Verkaufe den ersten Walkman von Sony aus dem Jahr 1979. Das Gerät besitzt Kultstatus, bekannt geworden ist es dem jüngeren Publikum vor allem durch die Guardians of the Galaxy-Filme. Besonderheit: Der Walkman Sony TPS-L2 besitzt zwei Kopfhörerausgänge, sodass zwei Personen gleichzeitig Musik hören können. Außerdem besitzt er die sogenannte Hotline-Taste, über die ein Mikrofon zugeschaltet wird und der Musikhörende die Umgebung hören kann. Quasi der Transparenzmodus vergangener Tage. Weiterhin ist die unterschiedliche Regelung des linken und rechten Kanals dank zweigeteiltem Lautstärkeregler möglich. Das Gerät stammt aus einem Nachlass. Laut der Hinterbliebenen wurden die Riemen im letzten Jahr getauscht. Ich habe einige Zeit Probe gehört, der Walkman läuft meines Erachtens nach wunderbar. Abspielen, Vor- und Zurückspulen funktioniert problemlos. Optisch befindet sich das Gerät in einem für sein Alter guten Zustand.
