It includes the original handheld . After several attempts I was able to get the projector to turn on and produce an image, of which I took screenshots of the menus. The lamp hours reported 3721 hours.In testing this projector I discovered that from the projectors internal menu if the test pattern is enabled the following was observed: No test pattern got generated or observedAny attempt to apply a HDMI signal, make any picture or lens adjustment would result in the projector going into protection.An error code was observed from the two RED LEDs blinking five times. By turning off the projectors internal test pattern I was then able to produce an image. The photo of the internal menu and a video image in this listing is from the projector once I was able to get it to operate without going into protection.This projector does have a problem and will need repairing. Either that or it can be used for parts. Guarantee: No guarantee is provided with the sale of this projector as it is known to be defective and in need of repairs. Pulled from a Sony VPL-285ES projector that suddenly stopped working one day. The projector was out of warranty so decided to take it apart. I am unsure if the boards work, however they appear to be in good condition. I will wrap in bubble wrap and ship as carefully as possible.
