Teac A-660 Stereo Cassette Deck New belts and idler tire READ!. See pictures for the exact cosmetic condition of the cassette deck. I have replaced all three belts and the idler tire and had the device fully functional. However after running for an hour or so (pretty stable as well at +-0.15% w&f) I tried to record something and suddenly the deck didnt engage or disengage anymore. After some inspection it seems that the flywheel doesnt produce enough torque to get the mechanism to engage properly. If I assist using my hand I can sometimes get it to work but it usually still clicks off after. Maybe something came loose during reassembly or maybe it just needs to be fully relubricated. Either way it will be sold as is.
