TRIO KA-1500 VINTAGE STEREO INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER AMP 1976-79This reminds me in some ways of a valve Amplifier as certain Transistor Amps did in the early days of 60s and 70s. 30 watts per channel gives you plenty of power to fill the average sized room without over-stressing it and this causing distortion. Very impressive considering it was not top of the range in the Trio line-up of the period. I matched it with a Celestion 44 and Sansui speaker mix and Thorens TD-166 MK 2 and also a CD-P3450SE CD player, it performed well and as I said previously, almost reminded me of a Valve amplifier. This was probably due to quality of components. The on/off control knob is a similar period replacement due to the plastic shaft of the original breaking whilst taking off to clean/spray the controls. I have priced this accordingly for a quick sale. Where else could get a quality vintage or otherwise Amplifier in working condition at this price!? TRIO turntable KD-1033 Quality 1970s audio. Very nice looking player . Tested and working as it should . The only issue I see is that one of the little grub screws is missing from the right side of the turntable arm support. Therefore the left one is doing all the holding. I have played several lps today with no issue. But in the ideal world you will want to set up the arm correctly and so may need to find a screw. Also included is the little weight that will also be required to set up the balancing of the arm correctly. But as I say. You could use it as it is as I did today . The lid has a few marks on it . The original 7 adapter is included.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION! Huge Trio / Kenwood KR-6170 receiver from about 1971(!) for sale. Still in good condition for a receiver more than 50 years old and even the wood still looks really good! This is a massive beast of a vintage tuner amp and even has a built in drum machine, a spring reverb, a guitar and microphone inputs!! At the time that would have been the absolute all inclusive home entertainment package: Two phono inputs, two tape deck inputs, two Aux inputs, four separately switchable speaker outputs etc. etc. This receiver would be fantastic with some vintage big Ditton speakers or similar....A true vintage audio enthusiasts dream! A few light bulbs are down and the three VU meters on the right dont light up .... the VU meters themselves are working. I have pretty much tested all functions and all seems to be working correctly, when I started testing however I noticed that after being in storage for some tome the left speaker output is not working anymore and this is true for all speaker outputs and also the headphone outputs! Also the start / stop switch for the beat box has broken off (seems common with these receivers as many other photos I found show the same problem), but I can still be operated with a screw driver. Please study the photos for the overall condition! The first two photos are generic ones from the internet. There is one of these monsters currently for sale for £1.200.- in a hi-fi shop if you google the model! So, one more time, although the amp sounds great even compared with my recently refurbished Quad preamp and amplifier, the left side has currently no output. Most likely a transistor or capacitor. I have priced the receiver accordingly and to allow for repair of the amplifier section and to bring it back to it’s former glory! There is an audio engineer in West London who is very reasonably priced which I could recommend. No guarantee, no returns as private seller!
