The larger knob (55 mm diameter) is for direct rotating of the shaft. The smaller one (45 mm diameter) requires 30 turnes for a full rotation of the shaft. The shaft has a slot with a fixing bolt for connecting to a capacitor. Shaft diameter is 8 mm. Good, clean condition.
